Sri Konduru Ravinder Rao is a seasoned campaigner of cooperative movements in India with more than 3 decades of experience in holding various key position in the industry. He is currently the President of Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. (TSCAB), Hyderabad and concurrently holding the positions of President of Gambhiraopet PACS, Dist. Coop Central Bank, Karimnagar, and Chairman of NAFSCOB, Vice President of National Cooperative & Rural Development Banks; Federation Ltd (NAFCARD). He is a member of the general counsel of the National Cooperative Development Corporation's (NCDC), New Delhi, member of the Governing Council at the Lucknow-based Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) and member of National Level Committee for drafting ‘New National Cooperation Policy’ document for the Government of India.

Sri Rao is also actively engaged in the global cooperative development process and holding the position of Director at the International Cooperative Banking Association (ICBA), Kigali, Rwanda. He is also an active member of the Network for the Development of Agricultural Cooperatives in Asia and the Pacific (NEDAC), Thailand. He is also a member of ‘Research Advisory Committee’ for the study on “Assessment of the supply and demand for financial services for farmers and farm workers in the cotton value chain” implemented by the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) and International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva
