Mr. Mohammad Fazlul Kader is an outstanding inclusive finance, enterprise, human capacity and institutional development expert of Bangladesh. He has exceptionally rich experiences in promoting financing programs for rural, urban and ultra poor of Bangladesh. He accumulated vast experiences in micro enterprise development through financing, value chain development of business clusters and business development services.
Mr. Mohammad Fazlul Kader is an outstanding inclusive finance, enterprise, human capacity and institutional development expert of Bangladesh. He has exceptionally rich experiences in promoting financing programs for rural, urban and ultra poor of Bangladesh. He accumulated vast experiences in micro enterprise development through financing, value chain development of business clusters and business development services. He has also wide experiences in regulations of Microfinance Institutions, Risk mitigation, Micro insurance, Information Systems, Credit Bureau Database. He has been active in enhancing human capacity through various programmatic actions like skill development, disaster management and adaptations to climatic changes. Through out his career, he worked in making interventions at policy, strategy and implementation level.
Mr. Kader did his honors in economics from University of Dhaka and masters in business administration from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He got training in Livestock Development from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development from HIID, Harvard University.
Mr. Kader has been involved with Palli karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) since its inception in 1990. At present, he is working as Managing Director of PKSF. PKSF has established itself as the role model for apex development financing organizations. Mr. Kader visited about 33 countries for matters related with sustainable poverty alleviation.
