Mr. Dominic Sikakau is leading the Credit Guarantee Corporation (PNG) since 2022 as the Chief Executive Officer and also serves as the Independent Board Director of National Banking Corporation, PNG. Prior to this role, he was the Financial Sector Specialist of International Finance Corporation from 2012-2018, Project Accountant of Esso Australia from 2009-2012, and Central Banker of Bank of PNG from 1996-2006. Mr. Dominic has over 28 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector and has worked in PNG, Australia and the Pacific. He has developed and established CGC from a project into an operating entity.

Mr. Dominic earned his bachelor’s in business management, University of Technology PNG in 1995 and later completed the master master’s in applied finance, Queensland University of Technology, Australia in 2008.
